Exporting Outlook Contacts

- First of all, open Microsoft Outlook.
- Now select the christmas contacts list you have created.
- You need to select all of these contacts. To do this, highlight the first contact, as in the image above.
- Now on the Outlook menu, select 'edit' then 'select all', as in the picture below.
- All Contacts in the view should now be highlighted (dark blue).
- Now we can create the mail merge.
- On the Outlook menu, go to tools, click 'Mail Merge'.
- Configure the settings box as below.
- Now click Ok, things may take a while to load and word should be open.
- Eventually, the following will be displayed within the new word document.
- Select 'complete setup'.
- The following box should pop up.
- Select the 'cancel' button.
- Close the document made without saving and close word.
- We have now made the mail merge contact list and we are ready to merge this into a new word document.
