Putty is a great SSH/telnet client that can be downloaded from the Putty Website.
Very useful for administering your WL-HDD, both via telnet and SSH. In telnet mode, it displays the shell much nicer than the windows command line does. Furthermore, with Putty, you can save different IP addresses or Host names as profiles and save certain settings (default username etc) with each of those profiles.
If you are using a Linux or Mac computer to administer your WL-HDD you may already have built in SSH support. Usually using OpenSSH.
